1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — “Terms”) govern the relationship between LLC “Anada” (hereinafter — “Company”) and users of the mobile application (hereinafter — “Application”).

By using the Application, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Application.

The Application provides users with access to online accounting, legal, and related business services, including:

3. Registration and Account Access

Registration in the Application is performed by submitting an application. The user selects a subscription plan and provides their contact details. After receiving the application, the Company creates an account and sends the user a one-time password.

Upon the first login, the user is required to change the received password. After logging in, the user is automatically redirected to the password change page. The user is responsible for all actions performed under their account. The Company reserves the right to block or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payment and Subscription

Anada services are provided on a paid basis. The Application offers both subscription-based services (monthly plan) and one-time paid services.

Payment is considered confirmed upon receipt of funds by the Company. Access to services may be temporarily suspended in case of unsuccessful payment.

All payments are processed securely.

Prices may vary depending on region, taxes, or platform fees.

Users may cancel the subscription at any time via the platform’s account settings; partial refunds are not provided for unused periods unless required by law.

4.1. Accounting Subscription Plans

The Company provides services under three main subscription plans:

4.2 Monthly Payment Terms

Payment for Anada services is made for each calendar month of using the Application. The amount of payment is fixed and does not depend on the volume of services rendered or the actual number of days worked during the month. The timing of tasks, including calculations, preparation of reports, or other actions, may relate to any period; however, payment for the current calendar month is required in full, regardless of which period the work relates to. The user shall not be entitled to a refund for any partially used or unprovided services.

4.3 Suspension of Services Due to Non-Payment

The Company reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from suspension of services due to non-payment.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made through the Application or website of LLC “Anada” are final and non-refundable, except օf cases of technical errors caused by the Company.Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future payments but does not entitle the User to a refund for previously paid periods. Payments for one-time services are non-refundable once the service has been provided or access has been granted. If a technical issue results in double payment or payment without access to the purchased service, the User may request a refund by email at info@anada.am within 7 calendar days after the transaction. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 10 business days to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Choice of Software and Format of Information

The Company independently determines the software, systems, and format used for providing accounting and other services. The user agrees that the choice of specific software and format (e.g., AS, 1C, Excel or other formats) is determined solely by the Company. The Company is not obliged to provide information or data in any particular format at the user’s request. Аcknowledges that software and formats may change without notice.

7. Services and Liability

Anada provides services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from:

All materials in the Application (texts, logos, design, databases) are owned and protected by intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use materials without written permission from the Company.

The Company strictly protects all rights to the materials, content, and software of the Application. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, creation of derivative works, or attempt to develop a similar application without the Company’s written consent constitutes a violation of copyright and related rights.

Anada provides the service “as is.” The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Application and is not liable for temporary failures or data loss due to technical reasons.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. All disputes arising from the use of the Application shall be resolved through negotiation or, if impossible, in Armenian courts at the Company’s registered location.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. The updated version takes effect upon publication in the Application or on https://anada.am.
