1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data of users of the mobile application and online services (together, the "Application") provided by LLC "Anada" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

By using the Application, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We collect personal and corporate data necessary to provide accounting, legal, and related business services, including but not limited to:

• Full name, position, company name
• Contact information (phone, email, address)
• Financial and tax information (TIN, accounts, invoices)
• Passport and registration data
• Contracts, powers of attorney, and other documents provided by the user etc

Sources of data:

• Data provided directly by users through the Application or other communication channels
• Data collected automatically through built-in services, such as application analytics and technical support

Data is provided voluntarily by the user.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Anada processes personal data to:

• Provide accounting, legal, and related services
• Issue and process invoice payments
• Maintain internal records and fulfill contractual obligations
• Store and protect client documents
• Ensure security and improve service quality
• Conduct analytics and improve application functionality

4. Payments and Payment Information

• Users can make payments:
• Through a bank card linked to the Application
• By one-time payment via the Application
• By other methods agreed with Anada

Payment card is not stored on Anada's servers!

5. Data Storage and Protection

Data is stored on secure servers and used exclusively for the purposes described in this Policy. Anada takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

Data retention:

Data is retained for the duration of the contract with the user and (at least 5 years) after its termination, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Anada does not share personal data with third parties without your consent, including government authorities and law enforcement agencies.

Data may be shared with third parties only in the following cases:

1. To fulfill contractual obligations — for example, partners, service providers, or banks required to provide our services.
2. With your explicit consent — for example, when you authorize the transfer of data for service or payment processing.
3. As required by law with proper legal authorization — government authorities may access personal data only with:
   • A court order (warrant)
   • An official legal request under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia
   • Other legal documents confirming the legitimacy of the request

In all other cases, data is not shared, ensuring confidentiality and user protection.

Users have the right to:

Request correction, updating, or deletion of their data

Withdraw consent for data processing

Contact Anada regarding any data protection concerns

8. Changes to the Policy

Anada reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The current version is always available in the Application and on the website https://anada.am.
